Delivery for Orders Placed via Bank Transfer/EFT
For orders placed via bank transfer or EFT, the TOTAL amount of your order must be transferred to soliellebrand.com’s bank account in order for your order to be prepared. If the payment does not reflect in our accounts for orders placed via EFT and/or bank transfer, the cancellation period is 2 days. During this period, your order will remain pending, and if no payment is made within 2 days, the order will be CANCELLED.
Once your payment is reflected in our bank account, your order will move into the preparation stage. Orders placed via bank transfer on weekdays before 12:00 PM (provided that the payment is received) are delivered to HepsiJET Cargo on the same day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday - Sunday) or official holidays will be delivered to HepsiJET Cargo on the first business day following the holiday.
Delivery times are as follows: Depending on the distance between your address and Soliellebrand.com Internet Services Industry and Foreign Trade LTD. Co. (600 km or more),the cargo company delivers your order to your address within 1–3 days. However, delivery times may vary for MOBILE REGIONS. A Mobile Region is an area where HepsiJET Cargo does not have a branch and delivery is made only on certain days of the week.
If you live in a Mobile Region, your delivery may be made via ARAS Cargo. In this case, you will be notified via SMS.
Is My Order Shipped on the Same Day?
At soliellebrand.com, all orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are delivered to HepsiJET Cargo on the same day. However, in rare cases, delivery times of custom-made products may vary depending on production time. Delivery details and timeframes for such products are provided on their respective product pages. In case of any issue arising on our side, we will notify you using your membership information. For this reason, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on public holidays.
All products you select will be securely delivered to you by HepsiJET Cargo, with whom we have an agreement. A confirmation email will be sent to you for the products you purchased. If any of the selected products are not in stock, we will contact you via our WhatsApp support line.
soliellebrand.com is an online shopping platform that allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In rare cases, multiple customers may purchase the same product at the same time and the product may run out of stock. In such cases, if a product you purchased online is no longer available in our inventory, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within this period, the payment will be refunded.
